Does Stellar offer STR Turnovers??

Yes! Stellar specializes in STR Turnovers for your Airbnb, VRBO, Corporate Housing, etc. We are committed in helping our hosts gain or maintain their Airbnb Superhost or VRBO Premier Host status by consistently providing quality cleaning services.

do you only cover the san antonio area?

We are based out of San Antonio, but also cover surrounding areas such as

  • Stone Oak

  • Schertz

  • New Braunfels

  • Shavano Park

  • Helotes

  • & other surrounding areas

What is a routine cleaning?

For residential services*

A Routine Cleaning is the way we help maintain the cleanliness of your home or workspace by cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting

  • All exterior surfaces in high traffic areas

  • *Sweeping, Vacuuming, and mopping floors

  • Bathroom - sink, toilet, shower, and tub

  • Kitchen - sink, stove top, microwave

  • Dusting within reach

*Baseboards included

Please note that we do not move furniture, and ask that it be moved prior to a cleaning if the area is to be addressed.

Does one need to be present for services?

No. Although, it is ideal to meet in person during the initial visit to get a better understanding to ensure we address all your concerns, one does not need to be present.

What is a Deep Cleaning?

Our Deep Cleaning will include everything that comes with a Routine Cleaning and allows your technician to focus on those areas that have built up over time such as

  • *Dusting -Fans, vents, blinds, appliances, décor, and light fixtures

  • Wipe - Baseboards, door frames, glass surfaces, inside cabinets*, and backsplashes

    *As accessible

How do i schedule my cleaning?

You can either schedule your cleaning by clicking BOOK or you can call or text us at 210.330.2677 and we would be happy to schedule your cleaning. 

Do i get charged once i schedule?

There will be a $50 deposit at time of booking which will go towards your total once the cleaning is complete.

are your estimates free?

We offer free estimates within Loop 1604 and have a trip fee for anything beyond that.

Can i leave a key or code?

Yes. Most of our clients cannot always be present during their scheduled cleaning, and commonly prefer to leave a lockbox or code for us to enter. Your technician will always send you a courtesy message upon arrival and departure.

Do you offer overnight cleanings?

Yes. We offer our Overnight Cleanings to commercial clients.

Cancellations or Refunding?

For residential services*

Cancelling before 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning ensures you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Cancelling within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning, gives credited to your account for future use. 

Cancelling within 24 hours will result as a non-refundable default of your deposit.
